andy Sholl is a luxury retail expert, investor and philanthropist from Chicago. She cofounded MadaLuxe in 2010 with her son Adam Freede and currently serves as Chairperson, having served as CEO until 2018.

Sholl has pioneered two investment funds, MadaLuxe Ventures and SLS Journey, focusing on groundbreaking technologies that elevate the consumer experience. Sholl founded Zelig AI Technology in 2021, a pioneering company renowned for its patented, AI-powered virtual try-on and styling (VTO-S) technology.

As the CEO and Founder of The Sholl-Freede Foundation, Sholl champions initiatives that drive positive change globally. Focused on combating antisemitism through education, the foundation funds organizations that strive to create a world where every individual can live without fear of discrimination. The esteemed World of Children organization, boasting 25 years of impactful work, recently integrated under the family foundation’s umbrella, further expanding its reach and impact. Additionally, Sholl serves as a board member of Tikva Children’s Home.

Sholl started her career in fashion distribution at a young age. In 1988, she founded Instinct Fashion in Los Angeles, and Focus HK in Hong Kong, China. She served as the CEO of both companies until 1997. Sholl then joined a luxury distribution company, P2FHoldings, where she was the CEO until 2009.
